PLATE CARE PRODUCTS
Therm Dev is a ready to use, high performance positive plate developer formulated to give wide latitude and consistent results. It has a long bath life and is suitable for both manual and automatic applications. It is a self-replenishing developer that allows optimum laser settings and image contrast. Compatible with most type of CtP and CTcP positive plates. Ecolabel certied.
Therm R is a ready to use thermal plate developer replenisher for use on CtP and CTcP plates. It reduces the developer (replenishing) consumption considerably. It has a high buffer capacity and long bath life. It contains coating protection additives and is keeps the tanks cleaner for longer. It is compatible with most positive plate developers. Ecolabel certied.
Plate Clean Extra is a powerful acid based cleaner, developed for cleaning both positive and negative pre-sensitized printing plates. The specific formulation will remove ink and contaminants quickly and efficiently from image and non image areas. It desensitises surface scratches and improves the hydrophilic properties of the non image areas, while offering efficient plate protection during machine stoppages.
Plate Clean UV specifically formulated to remove UV inks and contaminants quickly and efficiently from image and non image areas. It desensitises surface scratches and improves the hydrophilic properties of the non image areas, while offering efficient protection during machine down time. Plate Clean UV can be used as a re-activator of the chemical and physical properties of both new and stored plates. When used on stored plates, it rapidly allows the plate to reach an optimum water/ ink balance reducing the press start up times.
